As our juices are fresh food products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. This is in accordance with UK consumer regulations for perishable goods.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or is not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

* Damaged during transit

* Incorrect

* Missing items

* Unsafe to consume

please email us at contact@kikijuices.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

* A brief description of the issue

Where appropriate, we will offer:

* A replacement

* A refund

* Store credit

This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Issues

Our juices are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to help maintain freshness.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where possible.

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided, KIKI cannot accept responsibility for products that spoil due to:

* Being left outside for an extended period

* Incorrect storage after delivery

* Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

Storage

To enjoy your juices at their best:

* Keep refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

* If delivered frozen, store in the freezer or allow to defrost in the refrigerator.

* Consume within 3 days of defrosting.

Refunds cannot be offered where products have not been stored in accordance with these instructions.
